"富山" is not Fujiyama, It's called "Toyama".
Watasenia scintillan is called "Hotaru-ika(firefly + cuttlefish)" in Japan.
Hotaru-ika is a popular cuttlefish in Japan, It is produced in a part of the Sea of Japan coast and the Pacific coast.
It's eaten Tukudani(boiled down in soy sauce), Sumisoae(vinegared bean paste), Okizuke(into vinegar, sake and salt) and Suboshi(dried fish).
It's very delicious！
